By the way Patrick, start by looking at your two previous tests. Then look at the power points in http://simms-teach.com/ - go to cis90, calendar, and scroll down till you see where you can download the lessons. You'll find your answers there. Start at lesson 10 and you'll move right along. Sorry I've been gone all day or I would have gotten to this earlier. Rich keeps these lessons well organized and the class work is close enough to the pre-test to find what you need!
