I don't know if this worked yet, but to do what Rich asked, and use the ~m feature, I opened the mail where Rich's incoming date was (had to type mail -f) then noted the message number (13, wouldn't you know it), at the & prompt I type mail ls /home/cis90 and got the Subject prompt. I thyped in Forwarding 1972 and then made a statment in the body of the letter. On the next line I typed the ~m and got a "interpolating #13" message so I think it worked. Did anybody get this? I got another dead letter response, and don't know if it is because my own e-mail is in the group or what.
