Unable to use scp/pscp at home

I tried sending in my lab from my XP/service pack 2 desktop at home with a cable modem connection. I tried this via command line and neither command worked. Is anyone else having this problem? If so, have you figured it out?

Hi Denise,

You must first download PSCP from: http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgta ... nload.html

And then here is a website explaining how to set up and use PSCP: http://the.earth.li/~sgtatham/putty/0.5 ... pter5.html

Where did you put the pscp.exe program after downloading?

On the class and lab systems I placed it in the C:\windows folder. It needs to be in the path so you can use it from the cmd command line.
