ppp-on

this is what happens when I run the ppp-on script:

root@sauron:~# ./ppp-on
-su: ./ppp-on: No such file or directory
root@sauron:~# cd /
root@sauron:/# ./ppp-on
Serial connection established.
Using interface ppp0
Connect: ppp0 <--> /dev/ttyS0
LCP: timeout sending Config-Requests
Connection terminated.
Modem hangup

any suggestions?
