sorting vocab title trouble lab 9 #12

When I sort the vocab and put it in a temp file, the title "Technology for Mountain Folk" is put in alphabetical order with the definitions...how do I avoid that? Also, the definition that runs two lines is taken out of place to be 'sorted' in order.....Hmmmmmm.
